Renewals can be done online or by phone at (419) 826-2760. Any item that has a reserve on it or is overdue cannot be renewed. Overdue fines are five cents a day per item, except DVDs and AV equipment.
Curbside returns in either the book drop or video drop after 4pm are credited to the following day.
Books and Large Print Books check out for two weeks and can be renewed.
Magazines check out for one week and can be renewed. Current issues cannot be checked out. Internet databases also contain magazine and journal articles.
DVDs check out for three days. There is a limit of two DVDs per card. DVDs may not renewed. Overdue DVDs have a fine of $1.00 per day.
Videocassettes check out for a week and can be renewed.
Books on Tape and Books on CD check out for two weeks and can be renewed.
Music CDs check out for one week and can be renewed. CDs cannot be returned in the book or video drops.
Reference books are marked with an R and may only be used in the library. These include some encyclopedias, atlases, almanacs, and dictionaries.
AV Equipment is available with a $10 deposit. Reservation is recommended. The slide projector may be checked out. Opaque may be used in the library by request. No deposit is required to use a Polaroid camera. Overdue equipment have a fine of $2.00 per day.
Fines are the responsibility of the individual registered to the card on which they are incurred. Unpaid fines and overdue materials result in the suspension of borrowing privileges. Long overdue items may result in the borrower being referred to a collection agency.
