February - BOLT held their monthly meeting on Thursday, February 4, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.   Rebecca Hounshell and Jordan Furko have been assigned to cover new teen books.  Several members were recognized for accomplishing over 100 volunteer hours: Rebecca Hounshell, Danielle Thieman and Melissa Fickel. 

BOLT had a bake sale at Farmers & Merchants Bank to raise money for the BOLT Award Trip.  The middle school BOLT members are also having a short story writing contest for middle schoolers.

March - BOLT met on Thursday, March 4, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
 

What is BOLT?

BOLT (Board of Library Teens) is an advisory board of no more than 25 teens from grades 6-12 who meet regularly with the teen librarian to discuss books, help plan library programs for teenagers, give input on library issues related to teens, and assist in selecting teen-related materials.

Returning BOLT members: Rebecca Hounshell, Sammy Martin, Brandon Schory, Tabitha Zeadker, Sonia Zeadker, Eva Dyke, Melissa Fickel, Nicole Krempec, Danielle Thieman, Nikki Petros, Marissa Callicotte, Mike Petros, and Danielle Seel.

New BOLT members: Lindsey Fickel, Jordan Furko, Jensyn Huffman, Claire Leidigh, Alaina Rank, Hayley Boyd,  Katie Holmes, Sabrina Kosier, Maura Wolford, Jackey Tibbets, McKensey Huffman, and Brandon Krempec.
